I recently had the incredible opportunity to participate in the RAW Artists Portal event, a vibrant platform designed to showcase independent artists from all over the globe. This event was a three-day celebration of creativity, and I was thrilled to be a part of it.

I brought my brother along, and together, we set up a booth where we offered live caricatures, sold prints, and showcased a variety of our paintings. The atmosphere was electric, filled with a diverse array of artists, performers, and art enthusiasts. We were surrounded by talent from multiple disciplines, including visual art, music, fashion, film, performance art, hair and makeup, and photography, which made the experience all the more enriching.

Throughout the three days, we not only got the chance to display our work but also to engage directly with the audience. Performing live caricatures was a hit, allowing us to connect with people on a personal level. It was fascinating to see the different reactions to our work, and it provided valuable insights into what resonated with people and what didn’t.

Networking was a significant part of the experience. We met so many amazing artists and creative professionals, exchanged ideas, and even started planning collaborations. It was inspiring to be in a space where everyone was so passionate about their craft.

This event was also an incredible learning experience. We quickly realized which pieces caught people's eyes and which ones didn’t get as much attention, helping us refine our approach for future showcases. We got feedback on our work, saw what others were doing differently, and gained new perspectives on our art and presentation style.

The event was such a success for us that I ended up participating in several more events with the same hosts in the future. Each one was a unique opportunity to grow as an artist, expand our network, and share our passion with a wider audience. I can't wait for the next event to see what new opportunities and experiences it will bring!
